SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTION
SalesSwift turns any partner order into a validated ERP sales order.
This is our flagship, and it is live in production today. Bounded AI agents take an inbound purchase order in almost any format and carry it all the way to a validated sales order in your ERP, with your team approving every change before it goes live.

OUR FLAGSHIP PLATFORM
Built on the domain we have run longest.
Execution is the harder half of the supply chain. Orders arrive in every format, from legacy EDI and flat files to modern XML, JSON, and CSV, and every new partner brings its own conventions. Traditional automation needs each variation specified in advance, but the long tail of edge cases never ends, so the work keeps landing on people.
SalesSwift closes that gap. Bounded AI agents map each partner's format to your ERP schema, turn business policies into enforceable rules, and diagnose failures when they happen. The reasoning is powered by Anthropic's Claude; the orchestration and integration are engineered by Teqtron.
THE HEART OF THE PLATFORM
Three agents, one closed loop.
Each agent owns one hard part of order processing, the parts that used to consume an integration team. Together they take a partner file from arrival to a validated ERP order, and each one shows its work for a human to approve.
The Onboarding Agent
Onboarding a new partner drops from weeks to minutes.
It reads a partner's sample files and specification in any format, builds a complete mapping to your ERP schema, tests it on the real samples, validates the output, and corrects itself until every check passes. Then it submits the finished mapping for your team to approve. The slowest step in integration becomes one of the fastest.
The Rules Agent
A new policy goes live the same day, not the next release.
Write a rule in plain English, such as holding any order with a quantity over a set limit, and the agent turns it into executable logic, maps it to the right fields, checks it for conflicts with existing rules, and tests it against your sample files before presenting it for approval. Your policies become enforcement without a development cycle.
The Exception Resolution Agent
A failure comes back as a plain answer, not a log dump.
It traces where and why a transaction failed, separates a data problem from a system problem, and explains what went wrong, for example that an order was held because it failed a specific rule. It routes a clear diagnosis to the right person by a reference such as the purchase order number. It points to the cause; it does not change your data.
THE PATH OF ONE ORDER
What happens to every order, end to end.
Behind the agents is a deterministic pipeline. Every order moves through the same four stages, in order, with a clear outcome at each step.
Ingested and mapped
The order arrives in whatever format the partner sends, including X12 EDI, XML, JSON, or CSV, and is mapped to your canonical ERP schema so every field lands in the right place. Today the pipeline handles inbound 850 purchase orders and 860 purchase order changes.
Checked for data quality
The mapped data is checked for type, length, format, required fields, and structural completeness at both the header and line level, so only clean, complete data moves forward. This is a data quality gate, not an inventory, pricing, or contract check.
Run against your rules
Your business rules are applied, and the order is given a clear outcome of approved, under review, or terminated, each with a plain reason attached, so the result is never a black box.
Posted to your ERP
A validated, rule checked order is posted into SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or your ERP of record, with full traceability from the partner's original file through to the posted transaction.
THE NET EFFECT
The same work, in a fraction of the time.
You have seen how it works. This is what it changes for the team that runs order operations every day.
Before SalesSwift
Onboarding a new partner takes four to eight weeks of specialist time.
Analysts spend their days interpreting partner rules and clearing exceptions by hand.
A new business rule waits for the next release cycle.
When a transaction fails, someone digs through logs to find out why.
With SalesSwift
An agent maps a new partner and proves it on real files in minutes.
Agents handle the repetitive interpretation, so people are freed for judgment.
A rule activates the same day your team approves it.
Each failure comes back already traced and explained in plain language.
WRAPPED IN GOVERNANCE
Agents do the work. Your team stays in control.
This is AI acting on live orders, so the agents never get the final say. Each one proposes; a person approves before anything reaches production, and every decision, tool call, mapping, and rule change is recorded with the reasoning behind it. It runs inside the ERPs, file transports, and audit systems you already operate, with no new networks and no migration. You get the speed of agents with the control a regulated operation requires.
WHY IT HOLDS UP
Built for trust, not just capability.
SalesSwift accelerates the two slowest parts of integration, partner onboarding and rule changes, while deterministic engineering does the rest of the work and your team owns every approval.
The hard part of agentic AI is not capability but trust, which is why every change is reviewed by a person before it takes effect.
Inbound order processing runs end to end today, and outbound generation is the next milestone on the same architecture.
It is the first of our agents running live, and the pattern the rest are built on.
